AFM 200-25, 16 January 1961, is changed as follows:

The "Purpose" statement (page i) is changed to read:

PURPOSE: This manual contains data on each of the 187 Air Force personnel of the Korean conflict still "Unaccounted For" under the terms of the Armistice Agreement. It is provided for use by intelligence personnel of the United States and its Allies in acquiring additional information regarding their fate. Requirements and the type of information desired on these and other missing or formerly missing Air Force personnel are outlined in the following Department of the Air Force intelligence documents: CAIR-3 (i.e., Current Air Intelligence Requirements -3), "Southeast Asia and Pacific";  CAIR-1, "USSR-European Satellites and Communist China"; and AFCIN-lA Intelligence Collection Guidance Letter No. 3, dated 15 April 1961.
