According to this website at http://www.ejection-history.org.uk/Aircraft_by_Type/F-4_PHANTOM_USA/f4_Phantom_US_1972_pt2.htm They were attached to the 4th TFS, 366th TFW, USAF Base in Takhli, Thailand and their F-4E Phantom II had a tail number of 66‑0367 and they were shot down by Atoll missile from a MiG‑21 15 miles northeast of Kep in Long Son Province.
