CAN YOU I.D. THIS MAN WITH A FULL NAME?

-----------------

I'm VERY SURE that you'll get comments saying "That's the guy from the BUD/S 234 Discovery Channel Video."
I trained Class 234 after BUD/S in Demolitions and at first glance I thought it was him as well; BUT IT IS NOT...
A VERY close resemblance, have confidence that is NOT Justin when others inquire...

I wanted to inform you that there are no @navy.mil email aliases for
the names in the Global Address List for the below individual:

RAYMOND SCHRODER
RAYMOND SCHROADER

There are several R SHROEDER listed, but none with the rank of CAPT.

18 USC 33 sec. 702 makes it a misdemeanor (6 months in jail, max) to wear the uniform of the Armed Forces of the US, the Public Health Service of the US, or any auxiliary thereof....

Title 18, United States Code, Section 704

(b) False Claims About Receipt of Military Medals. - Whoever falsely represents himself or herself, verbally or in writing, to have been awarded any decoration or medal authorized by Congress for the armed forces of the United States, or any of the service medals or badges awarded to the member of such forces, or the ribbon button, or rosette of any such badge, decoration or medal, or any colorable imitation thereof shall be fined under this title for imprisoned not more than six months, or both....

No star on his Combat Action Ribbon but he was a SEAL in Kosovo, Desert Shield/Storm, OIF, and OEF.
No stars on his National Defense ribbon. (WRONG)

The stars on his Bronze Star are too small. (personal award/the stars should be the same as the ones on his Silver star.
Three qualification badges. Navy regs say only two at a time

Navy Cross
Defense Distinguished Service Medal
Navy Distinguished Service Medal
Silver Star x 4
Legion of Merit
Navy/MC medal
Bronze Star x 3
Purple Heart x 2 (although that device looks odd; not a gold star)
Joint Service Commendation
CAR (no device)
Navy Presidential Unit Citation
Navy Expeditionary Medal
National Defense Ribbon (No stars)
Antarctica Service Medal
Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal
SWA Service
Kosovo Campaign
Afghan Campaign
Iraq Campaign
GWOT Expeditionary
GWOT Service
Navy Arctic Service
N/MC Overseas Service Ribbon
UN Service Medal
NATO Medal
NATO Kosovo Medal
Kuwait Liberation (Saudi)
Kuwait Liberation (Kuwaiti)
Navy Rifle Qual w/"E" for Expert
Navy Pistol Qual no device equivalent to Marksman........but he's a SEAL

If it has not been pointed out already, he is wearing the UN Korean War medal on the third row from the bottom on the right. There is no way that he can wear that medal as young as he is claiming he is.

The last medal was given in 1953.

If you follow this link it will show an article about Mike Boynton, the photo of Mike looks just like the one Ray has on his page only cropped from the article.

The pictures he's stolen to pass off as his own are ample evidence that he's a phony! The one that he has labeled as "When we were young... and at the wrong beach" has been a part of the standard photo offerings on the official Navy SEAL/SWCC pages for a several years now. I looked at the thumbnails of the other pictures along the right side of his displays, and I'm certain that there are more that came from the official Navy web site... although I cannot be certain that all of the photos are of SEALs. There is a chance that some of them are either Army or Marines.

No SEAL would claim a recruiting photo as his own without a lot more identification. He most certainly wouldn't show the face of another SEAL without specifically naming him... and only if it wouldn't compromise OPSEC/PERSEC. He doesn't offer his last name... but he's claiming to be an O6??? That's as bogus as they come.

I found a link to your website showing Raymond Schroeder, AKA "Cpt Ray", who claims to be a US Navy SEAL and is on your phonies page, and while I was looking down your page on him I recognized one of the pictures - the one titled "1997 Bosnia."  That photo is of a US Marine Corps Force Reconnaisance patrol during training on Camp Lejeune, and is very well known.  You can see a larger version on Special Operations.com - http://www.specialoperations.com/USMC/Force_Recon/Articles.htm .   If you want to see that Marine's face clearly, look here - http://www.specialoperations.com/USMC/Force_Recon/Articles.htm ; you can see that it is not Mr. Schroeder.  You can also see the US MARINES tab sewn onto the Marine's left breast pocket.  Googling "USMC Force Recon" will show other pictures from this series.  I just thought I would point this out as one more piece to solving a very large puzzle.
