To Sgt. Louis Brandwein, something about the “ridiculously
obese” man in ACUs at the gun show looked off.
He wore a nonregulation MOLLE belt, Special Forces
qualification tabs on both shoulders and a rare Combat
Infantryman Badge with two stars.

| Claimed he was a
"military police officer" and showed an MP Badge. He could not
provide a military ID card. When confronted with his lies, he said he used
to be an MP, but was not one now. He was arrested on an outstanding
federal warrant for impersonation. He already has a prior
federal conviction for impersonating a US Army Captain (claimed SF) at a
bridge collapse disaster scene in in Oklahoma on May 26, 2002.
His current warrant seems to stem from an incident where he impersonated
a US Army officer to the Russian Embassy. Today he had BDU's with him with SF Long Tab, Ranger Tab, and an SF Command patch with Airborne Tab, and Captains bars, all sewn on. He had a black beret with the baby-blue generic army flash, with an SF unit crest affixed to it. All of this impersonation gear was recently purchased (it was all brand spanking new) at a surplus store in Idaho (receipt found in pockets). Reported to be aggressive and violent. Internet news site shows he's been captured armed in the past, lurks around sensitive military sites, and had unexplained knowledge of a death of a real Army Captain in the aforementioned bridge collapse, before bodies had been recovered. |

Seattle police say they have arrested a serial

planning to kill their president and commanding
FBI agents at an accident site by pretending to
be a military police officer.
Officers pulled over William James Clark, 35, for missing license plates Monday night, when he was driving past Boeing Field in his gold Kia sedan. His 1996-model car was decked out with a large Army sticker on the hood and a video camera on the rear. Police later found a military uniform and bank checks in the car.....
