Also found a possible marriage license
search in Clark County Nevada between a Vanda Kaye Herring and a James
Richard Lyons on 1 September 2000.
And found several eviction notices on her
as well in Nevada and Florida.
IJames Richard Lyons had the above address
in 2003 when the news article stated that he and Debbie Frederick have
been together 8 years, which meant they both would have been together
since 2001.
Vanda Herring Lyons and James Richard
Lyons may be divorced since Vanda's Dad's obituary dated July 2009
that list her last name as Herring and not Lyons.
Finally traced a Deborah Frederick with
an address of 124 Church Street, Nanuet, NY.
Which led to find a Michael J Frederick,
age 53 at the same address.
Which led to an address at 1545 South
Myrtle Avenue, Clearwater, Florida.
Which led to the name of Edward
Frederick, SR. born 20 January 1928, died 20 January 2003.
Which led to another name, James Allen
Frederick, age 54 with same address as Michael and Deborah Frederick
in Nanuet, NY.
Which led to another name, Edward Harry Frederick,
Jr age 54 address of 6 Helene Terrance, Newburgh, NY
Which led back to Deborah Frederick with
her transferring the property in Clearwater, Florida to Michael J.
Frederick. (Quit Deed Claim) on 9 December 2004.

Well Fargo went after them.

Don't know if

brothers to Deborah Frederick and that Edward Frederick, Sr is the
Father to all four...but it seems as if it may be the case.
