Gosh, does that look like a Navy SEAL trident to you?

07/14/2009

In a phone call from Mr Sumaruck - he stated he had never claimed to be a Navy SEAL..... argued that no one had the right to take a copy of his bio off the internet, that was his publicists work, and who give a damn anyway what he did back in 1973....and in ending he stated

"I'm going to call some of my real Navy SEALS  and  take you off the internet, bitch.'"

He then hung up.

Included in this email is a link to one of Pete Sumaruck's videos in regards to his "Zero Amp Technology". I find it "confusing" that a man claiming to have been a "SeAL"-trained contractor is apparently wearing a Dinner Dress Jacket (or some other variation) SEAL Trident on his Trucker-style Ball Cap. Perhaps the good people of your organization or those who investigate and enforce the Stolen Valor Act could provide a public answer to this question. As someone with friends in the SEAL/NSW community, it deeply concerns me that the title these men literally Sweat and bleed for their title and the brotherhood associated with it. Hope this can be of some use.

Being the inventor of revolutionary technology attracts compliments as well as nay-sayers and disbelievers even to

the extent of extreme verbal abuse…and 6 - that’s right, 6 - attempts on Pete Sumaruck‘s life. To this he says, “if

anyone is bad ass coward enough to insult a former Navy Seal on the internet, why don’t you come to Texas and

insult me in person and find out how good you feel.”

Hello All,

What is it about the power industry that attracts so many former special forces operators? Why cannot people just be proud of being part of the regular forces. There is no shame in being a surface sailor. No one, not even a SEAL has ever looked at me with disdain or contempt because I was a GSM on a destroyer. I was on my way to my ship when it picked up some SEALs off the coast of Grenada that were darn happy to see a destroyer and the men who served aboard her. (Caron).

I did ten years as a GSM and since then have been very involved in the power industry, from a plant operator, to commissioning, decommissioning, overhaul and emergency repair and now I am recruiting power professionals. My service, two tours on the Caron, was action-packed, but nothing ever happened that will make me or most of my shipmates great heroes. We are ok with that, we did our job, kept the ship running so it could do its job and there is no dishonor in that.

I literally can count two people that claimed to be former SEALs. One was supposedly some great hero in Viet Nam, and of course his name never appears anywhere. Another was in the “teams” he said in the 80’s. Then there are the multitudes of Rangers, Special Forces and other who claim some great covert experience. I wish I knew why these “heroes” all flock to the power industry.

My problem with Mr. Sumaruck is several of his statements and unlike the SEAL representatives in this discussion, I do take issue with his “machine.”

Item 1. “I can kill people fast, don’t stop to think about it”

Analysis: I cannot speak for what people undergo in small arms and other types of combat, the Caron’s combat usually involved total destruction of said target. The Caron’s history is well-known and documented, but we never had to go through “real” combat like SEALs and the such have or might. My personal life experiences however do tell me that having such a cavalier attitude about taking a human life indicate 1. A lie 2. A social disorder.

Item 2.  “I joined up…sent to Laos” Maybe this service is the source of Mr. Sumaruck’s social disorder? According to the text, his service in Laos preceded his claimed service as a covert operator trained and led by SEALs. He came back from Laos with no experience and got nepotism-based hiring preference with Putnam, and then later was recruited to do covert ops. Other places state he was a SEAL in Viet Nam, this guy cannot keep his lies straight. The SEALs wanted his electrical experience as a “cover.”

This would imply that the government/SEAL sponsored covert units were completely incompetent in vetting their operatives; he was already suffering from all the death he saw in Laos. I saw a young man lose his head in a motorcycle accident and the vision has never left me, so I can understand the horror poor Mr. Sumaruck must endure. Well I call Bullshit on this one. What were the years of service in Laos? What units? To my limited knowledge the main elements in Laos were the MACV-SOG folks, but I am no expert on these matters.

Item 3. The “machine.” I cannot count how many people in the United States have “invented” these perpetual energy machines. Just Google or Bing the term and prepare to read about all the scams. Do you not think that if “free” energy production was proven, that we would see energy developers paying top dollar to get their hands on it? Well I for one know they would, the leaders of the top electrical developers in the world would be all over this because it would compound their profits to heights hitherto unimaginable. I would be right there with them. “Free” energy devices are an investment scam. I will do the honor of posting just one link so everyone can make their own judgment: http://www.phact.org/e/z/Perpmtn2.htm

Item 4. Already hashed out quite well by the SEAL folks is the use of Navy terminology concerning MOS vs. NEC. I worked damn hard for my NECs and I take offense that he claimed NEC0000 as the highest possible, stating 4.0 is the highest. Well yeah, on evaluations 4.0 IS the highest, not on NEC codes. There is no “highest” NEC code.

So I took the liberty of running Mr. Sumaruck on Snitch. http://snitch.name/

Let’s just say, for arguments sake that all the things Mr. Sumaruck states about his covert ops after his electrical training at Putnam are true, that the long memory of the military hunted him down and used him as a covert operator. Then I would say to Mr. Sumaruck, please settle the controversy by stating what branch of the service you were in during your time in Laos. What unit? What operations did you participate in? Laos operations are no longer “black ops” and you can freely discuss your Laos service. At the bare minimum you are allowed to state your branch of service and unit. You should be proud of your Laos service, please, tell us all about it. Anyway, back to snitch.name.

“he had credibility with the military because he had been a Navy Seal in the 70's and 80's;” Posted on the forum on November 27, 2008.

Ms. Wilson has since stated she wrote this in error. http://www.worldviewopinion.com/blog/_archives/2009/8/26/4300096.html

Pete to me, “I was not a Navy SEAL (or Se.A.L.); I keep telling people I was a civilian contract employee, taught by Navy SEALs. To go into combat - paramilitary work, in the boonies, where Americans legally couldn’t go - but everybody wants to say I’m a SEAL.”

I to him, “I know it now, but I wrote it that way because it was simpler not to go into all those details. It just didn’t seem that important. It was what you did… not how you got into ‘the business.’”

Pete, “and anyway, if the Navy had any doubts about me, if they didn’t like what I was doing, why didn’t they come after me? These Steve Robinson people don’t act like real Navy; they‘re living in their own past, not mine.”

>>I ask: What was the name of your SEAL instructor?<<

2. The online blog/forum site for Mystics ran a story about his machine. Google was kind enough to archive the first sentence of the article:

“The Zero Hour: Silver Bullets for Peace in the Middle East

Peter Sumaruck is a Vietnam veteran who served as a Navy Seal sniper. After ~20 years of research, Pete has rebuilt a portable 10+ kW generator that is ...”

>>Now he was a SEAL Sniper and this implies he served as a SEAL sniper in Viet Nam, not as a SEAL trained/led covert operative under the cover of an electronics technician. Should not be too hard to identify all the SEAL snipers that served in Viet Nam.<<

Todd writes on April 13, 2009:

www.altenergy2012.com has updates to include info on an upcoming event in the D.C. area on May 30-31. Two inventors you all would want to hear more about are Peter Sumaruck and Jim Boswell. Pete can be contacted through his colleague via email at allhavewrites@yahoo.com and Jim through Sterling via the web page Sterling set up two days ago. Both are the real deal...no others that I am aware of are willing to go public "with the goods"...hope that helps. I am still volunteering as needed to provide security upon the request of either inventor. I can't discuss specifics of the technologies per the request of the parties involved, but you can inquire as to the status and pose any questions - it's a free country...for the most part, anyway.

Perpetual Energy scammers commonly can be found associating with two main subcultures, the misled Christian groups that think the world is ending soon, and the 2012 theorists that say the world as we know it will end in 2012 because of some Mayan calendar. Preying on the fear of sheep to fleece their cash is not a new scam, and in fact the perpetual energy scammers have been around since the late 1800’s. Not only is Peter a liar about his military service, he has managed to use peoples’ fears to garner loyalty from people like Ms. Wilson who would jump on any conspiracy bandwagon.

Now for the fun stuff. Information you guys can use to get him convicted:
