Officers arrested John William Harvey, 70, at his home in a mobile home park in Fayette County, according to Det. Joshua Shelton with the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office.

During the course of the investigation, police said they discovered that Harvey presented himself out to be an ex-CIA officer, a doctor, and a U.S. Army four star General. Neighbors told police Harvey had been seen wearing a U.S. Army general’s uniform in public. His vehicle bears a tag on the front that reads "CIA." Also, his mobile home has CIA and U.S. Department of Homeland Security decals.
The charges against Harvey involve on child over a one-year period, according to Fayette County police.
Harvey is charged with nine counts of child molestation, eight counts of enticing a child for indecent purposes and one count each of aggravated child molestation and furnishing alcohol to minors.
Officials said there may be other victims and anyone with information should call the Fayette County Sheriff's Office.He is being held without bond at the Fayette County Jail.

FAYETTE COUNTY, Ga. (MyFOX Atlanta) – Fayette
County authorities arrested a man on November 7 and charged him
with nine counts of child molestation, one count of aggravated
child molestation, eight counts of enticing a child for indecent
purposes, and one count of furnishing alcohol to minors.
John William Harvey was arrested at his residence. Authorities said all counts against Harvey are related to one child over the course of one year but believe other victims may be involved. During the course of the investigation, it was discovered that John Harvey held himself out to be an ex-CIA officer, a doctor, and a U.S. Army four star general. Harvey has even been seen wearing a U.S. Army general’s uniform in public. His vehicle bears a tag on the front that reads “CIA”. Also, his mobile home has CIA and U.S. Department of Homeland Security decals. Numerous people interviewed have purported that Harvey has told them that he is an employee of the CIA and that he is a physician, said Fayette County authorities.
