Dear Sir
First off let me start by saying that in
your report of me on your web site. You stated that Im on the swat
team and that Im a sniper. First off Im a Correction officer not a
certified road deputy. Second of all. Im not on swat nor have been
yet.Next you said that I was a sniper on the swat team. Well just to
clarrify. You can only be a sniper on swat if you are a certified
road deputy. So my ex-wife gave you false information there. Second
of all my department has a copy of my DD214 and everything on it is
what I have done. And as far as me stating
that I was special forces or anything else like that is false.
The picture that you obviaiosly got from my ex-wife was infact not
my jacket and anyone with some military background coul;d see that
nothing on it was regulation. Was I wrong for wearing
that jacket yes I was . But I have never claimed to have been
anything other than what is on my DD214. I was deployed to
Afghanistan and I was with the Brigade sniper team I have my paper
signed by my csm. I was also the S-3 Plans ncoic. Now I am sorry
that you think that I am walking around here wearing things that I
am not. I do not even have that uniform. I wish instead of listening
to a bitter ex-wife that I have you would have asked me or my
superiors at my job. nI would very much appreciate you taking my
name off your web site. I appologize for wearing that uyniform
for a photo. but the fact is I am nothing more than an Infantry man
and I am proud of that and am proud of serviong my country. I
appologize for an thing that I have done to you or this country.

As someone who has seen you in that uniform, your truck plate and tattoo, I am, both sickened and disgusted by your continued lies. I have a brother who is TRULY a green beret officer and has been badly injured in Iraq on his fourth tour. This has NOTHING to do with a scorned ex wife and EVERYTHING to do with deception!
Both the tone and the poor spelling in your pathetic
apology, assure me, that I was right on target with my
initial assessment of you when I met you and saw you in that
uniform. What a slap in the face to any one who has served in
the real SF and to any REAL man.
I am sure, that if you choose to respond to this letter,
either you or your female friend, that you will either threaten me
or respond with negative words, because, that is what people like
you do when they are finally caught.
Be assured Mr. Hicks, I continue to take great pleasure in
helping to expose men like you and will continue to fight to see
that people like you are dealt with in the appropriate manner by the
military or law enforcement.
