I would be happy to discuss with you about my name on your site. There is a lot of misinformation on this site about me.  The individual that put it there was embarrassed by me and this is his way to get back at me I have hired an attorney and will proceed to sue him for this.  First of all I did belong to a group of POW’s not prisoners of wars victims of Pissed Off Wives second I was wounded and submitted information to correct my DD214 and received a letter and DD215 stating it was not supported, I also submitted a letter from a witness and have not heard back. Quit wearing the Hat with Purple Heart on it when I received letter with DD215, was given award in formation in Viet Nam as letter states. Was a combat medic as DD215 states and 2 separate letters states. Never claimed to be Green Beret, Special Services is a lot different people need to listen. This man has spread rumors .

I also read that I did CIA ops in Viet Nam that is a lie I never told anyone I did that nor had any military contact with the CIA.  My contact with the government has been since I left the service and does not involve the public, it is between me and the government which I am sure they will agree.  I have had instances where I have had it sound like other people on my phone, with the phone clicking and ask the phone company to check it out to see if the lines were crossed and they said they were not.  This continues even today, an individual said it was probably the CIA, not me but probably the one that started this nonsense. I related a story to an individual about being on a hill outside of Dakota Viet Nam, were for 14 day I felt more like a prisoner than any thing not being able to go anywhere but on top of the hill from one bunker to the next, only eating c-rations, and the rain was horrible, it was more terrifying at night when raining, this was when it really made you feel like a rat in a trap. But never a true Prisoner of War he turned my words around to others for his benefit to embarrass me and now he will pay in a court of law.
