Serving as a pilot in the Air Force, he was shot down, captured, and eventually escaped. The details about the bamboo box and mistreatment paint a picture.
He is an active CIA operative despite health problems. Depending on the circumstances, he is either dying or very dangerous.
He claims 1st wife died. She is alive and lives in the same community that their daughter does.
Married to 2nd wife for ten+/- years. He does not tell "the other woman" about her. Naturally he is divorcing her and has suffered in a loveless/sexless marriage.
Grave sites of his foster parents is sacred ground. He was given up for adoption as a child.

- Claimed to be an active duty military officer with some 30+ years in the service. The more he talked the more his history changed and his stories became more incredible:
- Claimed to be a Viet Nam Prisoner of war, didn't elaborate on how long he had been held or the branch of service he served in at the time of capture.
- Claimed to be a reservist at Wright-Patterson, having flown F-117s and F-15 Strike Eagles during Desert Storm. Claimed to have participated in over 30 missions over Baghdad. Also claimed to have flown a super secret air defense version of the F-117 that accounted for at least five Iraqi fighters shot down in the early hours of the air campaign.
- Later claimed he was attached to Air Force CID during the late 90's. He claimed to have helped the DEA bomb drug factories of fields during the late 90's.

am sorry you found a misleading site as I have all my billet papers and
keep them very close to my chest. My
tenure as a P.O.W. was 31 months and 6 days. I saw some
frightful things and they are vivid in my mind. The list you
provided is very old and I am not on that list at all. Someone has
fed you some bad information. My parents were hand delivered a
letter saying I was Killed in Action, I have that letter and I will tell
you it does not feel good to be living dead.
Again, I apologize for my behavior and am in hopes you will let it go.
I still have 5 months to go in the Air Force
and am at a stage where things make me angry at the drop of a hat....

....DID seem to find some information indicating that he MIGHT have been employed briefly in the waste removal employees contracted to work at Wright Petterson base. ...was unable to confirm that he had definitely ever set foot on any part of the base.
