He also claims that sometime in the 60's he was on a
secret mission to extract a German scientist from China. He said this
scientist had been kidnapped by the Chinese for his nuclear technology
and his job was to get him out and whisk him to an undisclosed island
somewhere in the Pacific, which he did without any
problem.... of course.

four years in state prison for insurance fraud and practicing
medicine without a license.
Hugh Clarence Johnson, 55, also was ordered to pay $36,918 in
restitution by Municipal Court Judge Knoel Owen.
Johnson, an ex-convict and former community leader, was investigated
by Cotati police, the state Department of Insurance and the state
Medical Board last year after several complaints by Cotati

leader suspected of practicing medicine without a license
and treating an estimated 100 patients has been charged
with 47 felonies, including fraud, forgery and possessing
firearms.
