been sworn and instructed Defendant to answer |
| questions or there can
be contempt sanctions. Defendant advised he wished |
| to seek legal counsel
and continue this matter, or write a check. Mr. Morey |
| stated that they will
accept a payment of $13,834.60 and will not have to do |
| judgment debtor
examination. Parties then left the Courtroom. |
