The Fraud Continues

ABA President John McNeill: First, please view the attached jpg. Now, my question: When is this fraud going to end? This handbill recently was found, posted, on the Ohio University campus. Although Gyi very likely was not its writer—I doubt he would’ve misspelled “Regiment”—I find it hard to believe a control-freak like Gyi would not have approved the advertisement’s content beforehand. (The photo, by the way, was taken in 1993 to accompany my Masters of Kung-Fu article, “The Master Communicator.” In other words, the photo probably came from Gyi’s own files.) Nobody in this affiliation of veterans to which I belong has any objection to Gyi’s instruction of Burmese bando, whether for free or for money. We do, however, strongly object that he continues (here, by proxy) to claim military service and combat duty he did not perform. My God—America is on war footing against radical Islamic fundamentalism; U.S. and allied troops are spilling their blood in Iraq and Afghanistan; and, in such a climate this man perpetuates his despicable charade. Your grandmaster has no shame. Feel free to share this e-mail with your board of directors—and with the “master communicator” himself, even. To tell you the truth, John, I’m embarrassed now to admit I once belonged to the American Bando Association. M. Kufus April 19, 2004
