May be running a "charity" collection for goods that were mailed to supposed servicemen in Iraq. 

 He uses AOL  screen names like Seal4Death, USS Kitty Hawk2, Devil Dog Team 1, Rescue Seal Team, etc. 

Used in 2006 -  CentcomQatar1, Bravo Recon4, PussLovinSeal. Most of the latest emails are signed: Commander Jim Holland, Commander Tim Provost ("Seal").

• Collier  is on AOL presenting himself as a Navy SEAL
•  Claims to be an admiral still in active duty. 
• This man even sends out photos of himself in uniform with numerous decorations he claims to have earned in battle.  
• In reality, this man is a low level employee of a civil contractor at the naval shipyard in Norfolk, Va.  He will go into chat rooms or message boards and pretend to be a military officer to get attention.  
• He was listed on the "Wall of Shame"  on the AuthentiSEAL website as a BOGUS SEAL.
• Allegedly has long criminal record and psychotic personality

This is supposed to be him at the Pentagon-note the decorations on his chest--
when confronted,  he admitted that some "guys" in the base "loaned"
 them to him for the photos.
