Claims held Hanoi Hilton with John McCain...2 yrs, 4.5 yrs - depends on tale. Claims Major Corporal,  Special ops, pilot, Stealth and helicopter. Reserves, activated for Afghanistan; served in 5 wars. Married to "Angelique Anthony, esquire"; claims millionaire, owns private plane, Gulf Stream; best friend is Tom Crier - Crier's "son" is cadet at USAFA according to Bryant. Owns "EXTREME" [some type of aerospace firm] ... refurbishes aircrafts. Held POW with flyboy LORENZO ROMANAZZI. 

• Later told me that anyone who has ever been a POW is exempt from active duty UNLESS you sign a waiver and can pass a physical.
•  ....Later is....up in the air and not in a helibird......in fact, the last time he was in a helicopter.....he and Tom were dropping a pin ball machine on someone's house.
• When the Nighthawks got the call to go, the guys had to go to Qatar and from there got their orders.  Apparently Later strong-armed by having 3 of those planes at his disposal. 
• ... must be very annoying for Later to see his wonderful plane given no importance... guess everyone thinks the B-2 is the queen of the air along with the Navy fighter planes
• Later was so anal about that plane performing at it's best, that he insisted on flying one himself.

I received this email from Later this am..........I thought I would share part of it with you. The reference to Amy is Buzz's Godchild who died on the plane that hit the WTC.  And of course, a reference to Hamlet.

As I look around, I see faces, lots of faces, all so young and all will see things that will change their lives forever. Some will never see again.  I want to give them a collective hug, to tell them not to be afraid but in these early hours I think, dear God, is this it.  The LAST STAND between good & evil.

Oh I'm glad to put up Later's real name.  I had an argument with someone who
refused to believe that Later, was Later's real name.  And it's pronounced
like it sounds Later as in later in time.  **  this is for my lurking friend.

Order..........incomplete shipping info from Germany and they sent it as
COLLECTABLE GOODS.........not to smart of Germany to do it that way but
now...........rabbit has been open.......they need from Later.........his SS
number and finger prints before they will release said rabbit..........He's
going to go back to them as Major Corporal JonLater Bryant....fingerprints on

 ...It so happens that neither Renzo nor Later are using their birth names.  I have been a member of the Steiff board for years and I know these facts:...

1) Later and Renzo NEVER claimed to be in the Hanoi Hilton.  They said that it was a different camp....

There is NO SCOTLYN by any last name noted as a casualty in the CACCF (combined action combat casualty file) for the Vietnam War.  There is no Scotlyn or Scot Lyn or Scott Lyn on the WALL, first OR last name.

•   The cong used Doberman's to guard the POW camps... We used to see these dogs being trained to rip your throat out on command..
• They were confimed is small dirty cells and were beaten and dragged thru the streets for everyone to see them.  So where the hell was this Geneva Convention in those days. 
• took a trip back to Viet Nam and he showed me where that place was.  It's now a hotel and museum.  But Later wanted nothing to do with this trip and rarely talks about his time in that Hanoi Hilton POW camp. 
• ask Later or Renzo how they felt after being in a POW for 2 years
• one of Renzo's sister's was killed by a drunk driver who drove up on the sidewalk and killed 3 people. ...Some drunken fool drive his car into a bus stop.  Poor Renzo, he never knew because like Later, he was in a POW camp. The both of them came home to find Later's Father killed and Renzo's younger sister killed.  BOTH by drunk drivers.  Renzo is a big drinker as are Tom and Later.
• Later's IQ, from what I have been told, is near genus numbers. 
• This re:  son of Tom Crier and Catherine Crier, Scotlyn the USAFA cadet. 
  "His high marks in biochemistry and his ace flying abilities got him accepted very quickly by NASA.  Plus having Dad being a Special Ops Stealth commander and Grand Father being a retired Air Force Brigadier General probably helped."
• Renzo flew a chopper in VietNam and you know what happened to him.  POW time.
• "AWW, come on now, you know there is nothing with WINGS that Renzo can't handle.  That's why they are special ops."
