Please see links to Richard Toliver, who constantly (in correspondence,
news articles, etc.) tries to pass himself off as a "second
generation" Tuskegee Airman...he even went to Iraq (see ARTICLES)
telling the troops over there of his self-acclaimed status...
Toliver has repeatedly been told that there is NO such thing as a
"second generation" Tuskegee Airman!!!! In order to be a second
generation Tuskegee Airman, you FATHER had to be a Tuskegee Airman...and
since the "Tuskegee Experience" only lasted from 1941 to 1949 (Toliver
was born in 1938)...he was born BEFORE the "Tuskegee Experience"
began!!!!!

7th 2009. Martin was born in Gadsden, Alabama on January 1, 1948

States Army at age 19. After his return from service he went back to
the University of Alabama and completed his Bachelors of Science in
Business in 1978.After his best friend was drafted, Martin decided
to join instead of waiting. Martin enjoyed his military life and
counted it an honor to serve his country. He was in Vietnam from
1967 to 1971. During his career of distinction, he received the Distinguished
Service Cross, the Silver Star Oak Leaf (2), the Bronze Star for
Valor (3), the Purple Heart (3) along with a host of other awards
and commendations. Martin was a triple tabbed Green Berea Special
Forces Ranger. He jumped with the Golden Knights Elite Parachute
team

For those who have heard about me from Gunny T's Angel on the
Semper Fi Angels page....I served 12yrs in the Marine Corps as
Scout/Sniper, Demolishions Master, WSI Master Diver and SEAL
Graduate!! I served in the First Gulf War from AUG.'90 to May'91
with 3rd Battalion, 9th Marines STA Plt...serving in Desert Sheild, Desert
Storm and Task Force Pappa Bear!! I was also involved in the closing of
Subic Bay Naval Station...(that was very depressing!!), 3/9 also went to
Somalia for Operation Restore Hope from ..o May'93!!!! From there I
transferred into the 3rd GSF (Global Strike Force) >where I was
involved in some very covert operations until my bad helicopter
incident in which my back was severly damaged and I was released
from Active Duty in 2000, otherwise I would still be in!!!! I am 100%

Columbia Heights man charged for slaying wife, arson
A Columbia Heights man faces arson and murder charges after
allegedly stabbing his wife to death and then set their home on fire last
week.
The Anoka County Attorney's Office charged 63-year-old
Arthur Anthony Torgesen with first-degree arson and second-degree murder
Tuesday in connection with events on July 18.
Police said Torgesen called 911 just before 9:20 a.m. and
admitted to killing his wife, 59-year-old Sherrill Harnden, and starting the

Former
Marine F-18 Pilot Pleads Guilty to Conspiring to Defraud the Department of
Veterans Affairs: Received
Nearly $150,000.00 in Fraudulent Disability Benefits
Louisville,
Kentucky—After two days of trial, Dean Anthony Toth, age 38, of Oldham
County, Kentucky, pled guilty to conspiring to defraud the Department of
Veterans Affairs by filing a fraudulent claim for military disability
benefits, and for structuring bank transactions, United States Attorney
Candace G. Hill of the Western District of Kentucky announced today.
Toth
served on active duty in the Marine Corps from 1995 to 2004, and was an F-18
pilot who was named the 2003 Marine Instructor of the Year. Toth
admitted that between July 2007 and November 2008, he conspired with Daniel
Ryan Parker, a former employee of the Disabled American Veterans, to file a
fraudulent claim for military disability benefits, claiming that he was deaf
in both ears. Parker worked
with Jeffrey McGill, a former Department of Veterans Affairs employee, to
falsify Toth’s file.
Toth’s
military medical records showed yearly audiometry exams, all of which
reflected that Toth’s hearing was within normal limits. Toth
is now a pilot with Southwest Airlines. In
mandatory yearly physicals conducted by the Department of Transportation in
March 2006, March 2007, and March 2008, Toth reported no hearing loss or
problems and passed a conversational voice test conducted at six feet. Nonetheless,
Toth pursued a military disability claim for hearing loss, and Toth admitted
that he knew that Parker would falsify his medical records to support his
claim. In return Toth agreed to
pay Parker two-thirds of any retroactive payment he received. On
August 10, 2007, Toth took a hearing exam and the results indicated that his
hearing was "within normal limits." Parker
and McGill, however, altered Toth's exam results to reflect that Toth had
profound hearing loss, and McGill personally reviewed Toth's claim.
As
a result, Toth's claim was approved for 100 percent disability based on
hearing loss with special monthly compensation for deafness in both ears. On
October 31, 2007, the VA paid Toth $93,240.00 in retroactive disability
payments and Toth also began receiving over $2,500.00 per month in
disability payments. These
monthly payments were tax free and would have continued for life. Toth
deposited the $93,240.00 in his bank account and in November 2007, Toth
withdrew $30,000.00 in cash from his bank, in three separate $10,000.00
withdrawals. Toth admitted that
he structured these withdrawals to avoid bank reporting requirements for
transactions over $10,000.00. Toth later gave Parker an additional
$32,160.00 in the form of a cashier’s check. The
total payment to Parker of $62,160 represented exactly two-thirds of the
retroactive payment. Parker
subsequently shared that kickback with McGill.
The
maximum potential penalties for Toth are 10 years’ imprisonment, a
$500,000 fine and supervised release for up to three years.
The
case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney David Weiser and it
was investigated by the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of the
Inspector General and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
The
plea was entered before Jennifer B. Coffman, Judge, United States District
Court, Louisville, Kentucky. Toth
is scheduled to be sentenced before Judge Coffman on May 17, 2010, at 1:00
p.m., in Louisville, Kentucky. Parker
and McGill pled guilty previously, along with all 11 other co-defendants and
are scheduled to be sentenced on April 19, 2010, at 2:00 p.m.

service records we're destroyed in 1972 and in addition
what records he, himself had we're destroyed by his Ex wife in a

,He did tell me he had his last discharge dated 1980,..... I
did let him know that I was in Special Forces ,when Operation
"White Star " was going on and questioned him on what team, He
was with. He did not answer That question, but told me he and
four others was in a Special Operation ,Code name "Five Fingers"
This team was out of the White Star Group and that three of the
SF Troopers we're lost during this operation...

are the medals on the right (as you look incorrectly displayed? Why
don’t his jump wings have a red patch behind them for 7th
group, why is the SF tab above his crest on the left side, instead of
where all his wings are supposed to be, why are the wings incorrectly
displayed, what 3 wars if he served in combat in to earn a CIB with 2
stars (indicating 3 wars), and finally why is he wearing an ascot neck
scarf which is passe and why is it light blue indicating infantry
instead of dark green indication Unconventional Warfare branch?
2010 - Just a side note - on
the DONATION jars is a photo of our boy with his white star flash and
full px medal display standing in front of the rolling wall looking
smug. The jar also stated again what he's been putting out that after 40
years of service WWII, Korea, and Vietnam that he was getting screwed
out of his pension and needs help for his blind wife and his own nursing
home care. Marty thinks this guy is the real deal and
chauffeurs him around like a rock star ........

Was at the Jamil Temple gun show in Columbia, SC this Sunday, when I
overheard a vendor wearing a camouflage outfit with the nametag TRACHT
speaking to some potential customers for his South Carolina Concealed
Weapons Permit classes. According to Mr. Tracht, he was in the Army as
part of "Special Forces Team Delta" and worked with SEAL Team 10 and
another SEAL team.
This is from his website (

If he is gaining his customers by lying to them from the beginning, I

introduced myself to him. He was decked out in multicam, with an

tactical ball cap, his booth besides selling firearms offered tactical
firearms training, and sniper training. This is his website,

A Topeka man accused of killing a passenger when he lost control of his
truck says he was suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder from his
time as a US Navy SEAL.
Glenn Triebwasser was convicted of involuntary manslaughter under the
influence of alcohol last month. He also was convicted of driving on a
suspended license, failure to maintain a single lane and a seat belt
infraction. ...
But the Naval Special Warfare Center in Coronado, California, says
his name doesn't appear in the Navy's records of SEALs. Coronado is the
primary training facility for the SEALs.

Trotman claims to have been an Air Force
One co-pilot during the Reagan Administration, and a Wing Commander at
March AFB. He claims his
father was a Tuskegee Airman. His father's name is not Trotman.
When confronted, James Trotman was invited him to submit
his military record. He declined and resigned his
position.
08/2011 - James E. Trotman, is
still fooling the public. He claimed to be an Air Force One Co-pilot. He
cannot produce a claimed military record. He joined the Air Force
Association and has recently appeared at a Navy League meeting.
12/2011: Trotman is at it again. (see attached) This time he is

Claims that he was a Navy SEAL. He was in fact in the Navy,
however, he was a member of the Special Boat Unit, a Naval
Special Warfare support element. His claims range from telling
people that he has 27 confirmed kills to he got in trouble in
Iraq for ripping a guys ear off.
Reports received regarding a Monday night of hell week when
Trueheart quit during log PT in BUD/S class
259. He was also a SWCC/SBU instructor and had multiple
interactions with other SEALs.
The latest thing
is that he is telling people is that that one the SEAL's that
was killed in the past died "in his arms."

men whho truly earned the right to the title "US NAVY SEAL" but
who are no longer able to stand forward in
defense of their honor, their reputations, and their TEAMs.
If the name you provided is spelled correctly, I do NOT find a
listing in the SEAL Database (SEAL Teams and predecessor units
from1943 to the Present Day) for anyone named
JAMES TRUEHEART. In point of fact that name does not appear
anywhere in the SEAL Database. I have also examined possible
alternate spellings, and names with similar
pronunciations without finding any that appear to be applicable.
Unless he has undertaken the unlikely action of a legal name
change (an action for which there would be evidence in the form
of court documentation) since his claimed
attendance at BUD/S training, and based upon the information you
have provided, I can state conclusively that JAMES TRUEHEART has
NEVER COMPLETED SEAL training, and he is not now, nor was
he ever a Navy SEAL, a Navy UDT "Frogman"¯, a member of any
Naval Combat Demolition Unit (NCDU), or a member of the Naval
Amphibious Scouts & Raiders (S&R).
As you, yourself, are no doubt aware, when members of the Naval
Special Warfare community meet others who claim similar service,
but whom they do not recognize, there is a
conversational exchange of information that establishes the bona
fides of each to the other. There is no set formula for this
exchange, nor for the information that is
exchanged, but it ALWAYS takes place, and the REAL Naval Special
Warfare members can ALWAYS spot a phony as a result of this
exchange. If Mr. TRUEHEART persists in insisting
that his SEAL claims are legitimate, I might suggest that you
ask him these questions:
(1) Since there is no listing in the SEAL Database for the name
you are currently using, WHAT NAME DID YOU USE during SEAL
training?
(2) What was his BUD/S Class Number? (NB: Graduates names are
listed with their fellow class members)?
(3) Where did his training take place? (NB: Training has been
conducted at several locations over the years; different
portions in different places)?
(4) When did he graduate from Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL
(BUD/S) training? (i.e. a specific graduation DATE)?
(5) When did he enter the US Navy (a specific month and year)?
(6) When did he leave the US Navy (a specific month and year)?
(7) What were his Primary and Secondary Naval Enlisted
Classification codes NEC or his Naval Officer Billet Code
NOBC?
BC?
There are many other questions which could be asked to further
establish the level of veracity or untruth regarding his claims,
such as asking for the names of other members
of his graduating class, but those basic questions are
absolutes. The answers to those questions are totally
UNCLASSIFIED, and every real SEAL will gladly provide that
substantiating information upon request.
I might suggest that you also ask Mr. TRUEHEART to specifically
identify WHICH SEAL Team(s) he served on, and when. I am in
direct contact with several hundred of my SEAL
Teammates whose collective experience covers virtually all time
periods from the Korean War to the present; I can quickly
contact those individuals to verify any specific
names, events, or other claims offered by Mr. JAMES TRUEHEART.
Before any classified operations may be undertaken as a SEAL
Operator, a man must first successfully complete the BUD/S
Training program and the follow-on secondary training
program; the names of all those who successfully graduate from
that training program are compiled in the SEAL database. Later
participation in classified operations has no
impact on whether or not a person is listed as a graduate of the
training program. There are records of every man who has
qualified for the title of "SEAL" there have been
and will continue to be secret missions, but there are NO secret
SEALs.

Jason Truitt didn’t want to come elk
hunting in Colorado.
....Truitt served in the
military as a Navy Seal and was wounded in the
line of duty during seven tours in Iraq and
Afghanistan.
It was a harrowing seven
tours. He was shot 11 times. He was declared
missing in action, twice a prisoner of war. Once
he was MIA for two months and 14 days.
He was tortured and
disfigured. He was shot in the stomach,
requiring several feet of his intestines to be
removed. His tattooed skin is covered in scars.
He has vision in only one eye.......

Tucker
attended a PTSD group therapy session at the KC Vet Center, and has also
attended groups at the VA hospital. The day he came to the Vet Center,
he told us he was a Blue Beret who was attached to the Green Berets who
were attached to the Marines.
When he told his story at the Vet Center,
I called him on it. He immediately went to the VA hospital and checked
into the psych ward, which makes me believe he is claiming PTSD. When he
checked out, he immediately left town and moved to Lawrence, Kansas,
