let’s look at the photo. He has a CIB with star meaning two wars, master jump wings (out of place), master HALO wings, aviator wings, is missing a metal SF tab on his chest, and his fake ribbons are not in any semblance of order, which alone shows he is phony. For example, he has a Silver Star and Bronze Star right next to an RVN campaign ribbon and below several lesser awards. Although you can barely tell it on his right chest, he is wearing novice Vietnamese jump wings but it should be master wings. Plus, he has the wrong unit citations on his right chest for 5th SFG. He has his airborne and Special Forces tabs sewn on wrong, and below that he has an unofficial unit patch reading CCC, which means FOB 2, Kontum of MAC-V/SOG so you should bring Robert Noe in on this, too. Plus, he has it on the left sleeve, but it should be on the right sleeve anyway meaning combat and should be the SF patch. The CCC patch is what guys from CCC would wear on their sports jackets, T-shirts, et al, not on an official uniform. It is not a DA-authorized unit patch. He has a 5th SF Group flash-Vietnam on his Green Beret which needs to be removed and shoved up his ass. He has medals along with ribbons which is a no-no, and he has a patch on his left chest, which is a major no-no. This flake is a complete and total phony start to finish and needs his wannabe ass kicked to the curb. db We don't let foreign nationals attend our SF Qualification Course, so no SF Tab. DM

PERSON 1 & 2 attempted to gain access to MacDill AFB, FL by presenting fraudulent military ID cards and fraudulent military orders (assigning them to US SOCOM and sending them to Kandahar, Afghanistan; orders were dated 14 Jun 10) to U.S. Air Force Security Forces at the entrance gate. When Person 1 was instructed to exit the vehicle he was observed wearing an empty gun holster. A Magistrate authorized search the vehicle resulted in the discovery of 3 rifles, 3 handguns, and ammunition. An K9 alerted on the vehicle prompting the use of an EOD robot to conduct a further search of the vehicle meeting with negative results. These two appear to have acted alone and their detention mitigates additional risk to DoD interests. Law Enforcement checks on Person 1 revealed potential criminal acts pertaining to unlawful procurement of documents from a DMV office. His DoD affiliation can be characterized as brief with “other than honorable” discharges from 2 branches of the Armed Forces. |

is telling everyone that he is still a SEAL and goes into
intricate detail of his capture while in Somalia. 2 years later
and this behavior is continuing. He has SEAL I. D. and
according to the law U.S. Code Title 18, Chapter 33 Section 701
and 702 it is illegal to possess such military I. D. and
military Uniforms of which he has both. How can Justice be
served when this weasel was made to apologize in 2008 and
continues today. Is there someone I can call to lodge a formal
complaint and bring charges against him. I think some time in
the Brig will do some good. Unfortunately for this Civilian,
Jail will have to do. Any help you can offer in this matter
will be greatly appreciated.

Sir, I greatly appreciate your interest in upholding the honor of the US Navy SEAL Teams, and your search for the TRUTH. Before answering your questions I must make clear that I am a private individual, not affiliated with the US Dept. of Defense or any other government organization. My efforts to expose SEAL imposters are performed as a service to the public, and in honor of my fallen SEAL Teammates… men who truly earned the right to the title “US NAVY SEAL” but who are no longer able to stand forward in defense of their honor, their reputations, and their TEAMs.
If the name you provided is spelled correctly, I do NOT find a listing in the SEAL Database (SEAL Teams and predecessor units from 1943 to the Present Day) for anyone named PAUL KOEHLER. I have also examined possible alternate spellings, and names with similar pronunciations without finding any that appear to be applicable.
Unless he has undertaken the unlikely action of a legal name change (an action for which there would be evidence in the form of court documentation) since his claimed participation in SEAL training, and based upon the information you have provided, I can state conclusively that PAUL KOEHLER has NEVER COMPLETED SEAL training, and he is not now, nor was he ever a Navy SEAL, a Navy UDT “Frogman”, a member of any Naval Combat Demolition Unit (NCDU), or a member of the Naval Amphibious Scouts & Raiders (S&R).
Many SEAL imposters when confronted with the information I have provided will resort to claiming that their records are sealed, burned or their SEAL Operations were Classified and that there are no official records of them. Before any classified operations may be undertaken as a SEAL Operator, a man must first successfully complete the Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) Training program and then the follow-on secondary training program. The names of all those who successfully graduate from that training program sequence are compiled in the SEAL database. Later participation in classified operations has "no impact" on whether or not a person is listed as a graduate of the training program.
There are records of every man who has qualified for the title of “SEAL”; there have been and will continue to be secret missions, but there are NO secret SEALs.
Once again I must stress that although I am a US Navy veteran, and a former SEAL, I am a civilian performing in an entirely unofficial role. I strongly recommend that you obtain a formal/official US NAVY statement regarding Mr. PAUL KOEHLER's claimed SEAL credentials. Adam Kokesh, candidate for the
Republican nomination for the US House of Representatives from the
Third District of New Mexico, is doing his best to deceive the
electorate. He portrays himself as a libertarian conservative,
but he is neither libertarian nor conservative (unless he reinvents
himself again). Most egregiously, he is attempting to portray
himself as a patriotic anti-war/anti-military veteran in a manner
reminiscent of John Kerry and Vietnam Veterans against the War (VVAW),
in which Kerry tarnished the valor of his brothers-in-arms in order to
advance his political career.
As did VVAW, Kokesh's Iraq Veterans
against the War (IVAW) holds that America is an imperialistic country,
that the military is merely a tool of the government, and that our
soldiers are little more than marauders and murderers who, in the
words of John Kerry, behave ''in a fashion reminiscent of Genghis
Khan.''
I first met Adam when he and a motley
group of Code Pink, MoveOn.org, IVAW (Iraq Veterans against the War),
and other ''representatives'' of radical anti-American organizations
formed up in front of the Army recruiting station in Washington, DC.
Their clear intent was to create a disturbance, but the presence of a
few dozen Gathering of Eagles members caused them to reconsider their
plans.
I approached Adam and struck up a
conversation, during the course of which I learned that he considered
himself to be a libertarian. I replied that I considered myself
a libertarian, as well, and that perhaps we could agree to disagree on
the specific issue of the Iraq war. He seemed amenable to that,
but his group reconvened in front of the recruiting station a few
weeks later and trashed the place. It was then that I realized
that the Adam Kokeshes of the world cannot be relied upon to
compromise.
The next time I encountered Adam was
last summer at an economic conference in St. Louis. That was
when I first learned that he was running for Congress. He
presided over a "promote Kokesh" seminar that I attended.
He spouted off a basic libertarian message without including any of
his own biography, which is, to say the least, nasty.
Significantly, he claimed to have been honorably discharged as a
sergeant from the US Marine Corps. Both claims are false, as
will be demonstrated below.
Adam Kokesh is, in my view, a traitor
to his country, and certainly to the United States Marine Corps, in
which he "served" as a reservist for several months in a
civil affairs unit in Iraq. Upon returning to the States, he
enrolled in Claremont McKenna College in California.
While at Clarement McKenna, a pistol
was stolen from his car, and Adam dutifully reported the theft to the
campus police, who asked him where the pistol came from. Adam
said that it was a war souvenir from Iraq, and it was not long before
the USMC brought charges against him for smuggling an illegal weapon
into the US. His then-pending discharge as a sergeant was
changed to that of a corporal.
Adam just didn't know when to let
well-enough alone, because in 2007 he was involved in a street
demonstration in DC in which several anti-war protesters were
arrested. It seems that he was involved in a bit of street
theater in which he led a "combat patrol," in uniform, to
protest the Iraq War. This event was sufficient newsworthy as to
cause the Marine Corps to investigate Adam's involvement in what was
obviously an unpatriotic act.
It seems that when the Marine major
assigned the investigation contacted Adam by e-mail, Adam replied with
a "f__k yourself," and the Corps thereupon initiated
proceedings that resulted in his having his theretofore-honorable
discharge downgraded to a general discharge.
Adam then continued to drive nails into his political coffin, as evinced by his visit to the US Army Garrison in Ansbach, Germany. His actions there were, by any measure, seditious, if not downright treasonous. In his own words, Kokesh imparted the following message to our troops: "We are here to reach out to
active duty members of the United States military stationed in Germany
and let them know what they can do to help stop the US occupation of
Iraq. Soldiers need to know that when they decide to resist,
they will have the support and thanks of the global moral majority.
We are also here to support the German peace movement. As in the
United States, protestors are often dismissed as ignorant and
childish, but with the voices of veterans backing them up, they have
the credibility they deserve. It is clear that real change will
not come from your government or ours, but rather from the righteous
voice of compassion."
"The people of Ansbach have chosen
to stand up not only to the imperialism of the United States, but also
their own country's history of complicity. The US military has
long chosen its own tactical advantage over the consideration of the
people in the communities that it affects and claims to protect.
It is sad that it has taken so long for Germans to make this stand,
but we support them in their opposition."

in America's aggression. There is no longer any valid premise
for the vast American presence in this country. It is not for
your security or benefit, but supposedly for the benefit of America,

not been so open about his disloyalty, because he is now pretending to
be a patriotic, libertarian-leaning, conservative Republican in his
congressional campaign. Sorry, Adam; that just won't wash.
You have shown your true colors, and America-loving patriots just
won't let you get away with your masquerade.
Go ahead and renew your ties with the
Code Pink/Winter Soldier/George Soros/IVAW crowd. Take off that
suit and tie, and let your hair grow long in a John Kerry-lookalike
manner. Be what you want to be, as long as it's not pretending
to be an American patriot.

the name provided in the news article is spelled correctly, I do NOT
find a listing in the SEAL Database (end of WWII to the Present Day) for
anyone named WILLIAM
“BILL” KOPPLE.
I have also examined possible alternate spellings, and names with similar
pronunciations without finding any that might be applicable. Unless
he has undertaken the unlikely action of a legal name change (an action for
which there would be evidence in the form of court documentation) since his
claimed attendance at Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) training, and
based upon the information you have provided, I
can state conclusively that WILLIAM “BILL” KOPPLE has NEVER COMPLETED
UDT/SEAL training, and he is not now, nor was he ever a Navy SEAL or a Navy
UDT “Frogman”. If
the man’s age has been accurately cited (71) then he must have been born
about 1937, which means that he would not have been of military age until
1955. Even if he was able to enter the military at a slightly younger age,
his claimed military service still falls into the parameters of the UDT SEAL
Database (end of WWII to the Present Day). There have only been a scant
handful of men in the Naval Special Warfare community who have served for 40
years as is claimed in the news article. Mr. KOPPLE
certainly isn’t one of them. It
is quite common for those making fraudulent
Navy UDT “Frogman” or Navy SEAL claims to cite a
“secret” training class, “special selection and skills which allowed
them to bypass BUD/S training”, or “secret missions” as an explanation
for the lack of military documentation to back up their stories. UDT
“Frogman” and SEAL imposters also tend to claim their
military records are “sealed” and cannot be accessed. Occasionally

as proudly as he did illegally.
A 78-year-old Caseville man and former member of the U.S. Navy could face
federal charges of wearing the five top U.S. Armed Services medals --
which he never earned, the FBI said.
William Kovic, pictured in the Huron Daily Tribune in full military dress
with his medals glinting sharply on Memorial Day, turned over the hardware
to federal agents this week.
Kovic admitted he bought the Congressional Medal of Honor in 1977 for
$500. Photos show him wearing it, which is a criminal misdemeanor, said
FBI Special Agent Steve Flattery, who paid Kovic a visit Thursday. ....

any classified operations may be undertaken as a SEAL Operator, a man must
first successfully complete the totally unclassified BUD/S Training program
and the follow-on secondary training program; the names of all those who
successfully graduate from that training program are compiled in the SEAL
database. Later participation in classified operations has no impact on
whether or not a person is listed as a graduate of the training program.
There are records of every man who has qualified for the title of
“SEAL”; there have been and will continue to be secret missions, but
there are NO secret SEALs… we know them all. Thank

Yes, not only strange Records but also his Service was USMC for just
about two months, meaning he washed out of his Marine Basic Training
and was discharged. He signed up for Army and record indicates he
served for only a couple years. Certainly nothing to show he was
anything but a Vehicle Mechanic, I recall. The single sheet
showing Vietnam Service is obviously phony, someone else's he
copied I suppose.
Very positive no Ranger or Special Forces in this guy's background.
The claimed Medals are phony too!
