Gahimer hangs up his cuffs and gun

After today, Dec.
31, the Okanogan County Sheriff's Office “is going to have to
figure out a way to function without Sgt. Ernie Gahimer, who
will be retiring after 20 years of service,” said sheriff
Frank Rogers.
Gahimer has had a lifetime of
public service, starting at 19 years old with a six-year hitch
in the U.S. Navy, said Rogers. Part of

Gahimer Retiring After Twenty Years
By NCBI

.....Sgt. Gahimer has had a life time of public service
starting at the age of 19 with a six year hitch in the United States
Navy, part of it as a Navy SEAL. He
started his law enforcement career as a police officer in Alaska and
then later for the Tonasket Police Department before coming to work for
the Okanogan County Sheriff's Office in 1988.....

To the
Managing Editor:
Sir,
Before I
expound on the information contained in the subject line, I must make
clear that I am a private individual, not affiliated with the US Dept.
of Defense or any other government organization. My efforts to expose
SEAL imposters are performed as a service to the public, and in honor
of my SEAL Teammates who gave their lives in service to our nation…
men who truly earned the right to the title “US NAVY SEAL” but who
are no longer able to stand forward in defense of their honor, their
reputations, and their TEAMs.
This letter
is in regard to your recent article entitled “Gahimer
hangs up his cuffs and gun” (http://www.omakchronicle.com/nws/n081231c.shtml)
[published online 31 Dec 2008] in which your publication details the
impending retirement of Sgt. ERNIE
GAHIMER. In the article you specifically offer this
quotation:
“Gahimer
has had a lifetime of public service, starting at 19 years old with a
six-year hitch in the U.S. Navy, said Rogers. Part of his service was
as a Navy SEAL.”
If
the name in your published article is spelled correctly, I do NOT
find a listing in the SEAL Database (end of WWII to the Present Day)
for anyone named EARNEST
“ERNIE” GAHIMER. I have also examined possible
alternate spellings, and names with similar pronunciations without
finding any that might be applicable. In fact there are absolutely no
men listed in the SEAL Database with that last name. In fact there is
no listing in the entirety of the SEAL Database for anyone with the
last name GAHIMER.
Unless
he has undertaken the unlikely action of a legal name change (an
action for which there would be evidence in the form of court
documentation) since his claimed attendance at BUD/S training, and
based upon the information you have provided, I
can state conclusively that EARNEST “ERNIE” GAHIMER has NEVER
COMPLETED SEAL training, and he is not now, nor was he ever a Navy
SEAL or a Navy UDT “Frogman”. ...
I would be
remiss if I did not inform you of this information, especially in
light of the planned retirement ceremony for Mr. GAHIMER
on 9 January. While it is certainly appropriate for the man to receive
kudos for what he actually accomplished as a law enforcement officer
for 20 years, it in entirely inappropriate for him to be recognized as
a Navy SEAL when there is no listing for the man in the rosters of the
Navy’s SEAL Training program or the Navy SEAL Teams.

Sir,
I greatly appreciate your
interest in upholding the honor of the US Navy SEAL Teams, and
your search for the TRUTH. Before answering your questions I
must make clear that I am a private individual, not affiliated
with the US Dept. of Defense or any other government
organization. My efforts to expose SEAL imposters are performed
as a service to the public, and in honor of my fallen SEAL
Teammates… men who truly earned the right to the title “US NAVY
SEAL” but who are no longer able to stand forward in defense of
their honor, their reputations, and their TEAMs.
If the name you provided is
spelled correctly, I do NOT find a listing in the SEAL Database
(SEAL Teams and predecessor units from 1943 to the Present Day)
for anyone named NATHAN SEAL
aka NATHAN GALLAGHER. I
have also examined possible alternate spellings, and names with
similar pronunciations without finding any that appear to be
applicable.
Unless he has undertaken
the unlikely action of a legal name change (an action for which
there would be evidence in the form of court documentation)
since his claimed participation in SEAL training, and based upon
the information you have provided, I can state conclusively
that NATHAN SEAL aka NATHAN
GALLAGHER has NEVER COMPLETED SEAL training, and he is
not now, nor was he ever a Navy SEAL, a Navy UDT “Frogman”, a
member of any Naval Combat Demolition Unit (NCDU), or a member
of the Naval Amphibious Scouts & Raiders (S&R).
Many SEAL imposters when
confronted with the information I have provided will resort to
claiming that their records are sealed, burned or their SEAL
Operations were Classified and that there are no official
records of them.
Before any classified
operations may be undertaken as a SEAL Operator, a man must
first successfully complete the Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL
(BUD/S) Training program and then the follow-on secondary
training program. The names of all those who successfully
graduate from that training program sequence are compiled in the
SEAL database. Later participation in classified operations has
"no impact" on whether or not a person is listed as a graduate
of the training program.
There are records of every
man who has qualified for the title of “SEAL”; there have been
and will continue to be secret missions, but there are NO secret
SEALs.
Once again I must stress
that although I am a US Navy veteran, and a former SEAL, I am a
civilian performing in an entirely unofficial role. I strongly
recommend that you obtain a formal/official US NAVY statement
regarding Mr. NATHAN SEAL aka
NATHAN GALLAGHER's claimed SEAL credentials. To do so
you may contact the PUBLIC AFFAIRS OFFICE at the NAVAL SPECIAL
WARFARE COMMAND in San Diego by calling (619) 522-2823, or you
may contact the FOIA COORDINATOR at the NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE
COMMAND in San Diego, California, and submit a formal FREEDOM OF
INFORMATION ACT inquiry in writing addressed to:
Commander
Naval Special Warfare Command
FOIA Coordinator
2000 Trident Way

Thank you again for your
concern in this matter, and for your assistance in upholding the
honor of the US Navy SEAL Teams. If I can be of any further
assistance to you in this matter, please contact me at your
convenience.

“AN” means “AIRMAN” (E3 in the generalized Aviation rating
skills) and the NP91600-A is the code identifier associated with that
course. The “Airman” rank is not skill-specific. All it means is
that the person will eventually work in a skill field having to do with
aircraft in some way and generally tied in with duty on an Air Station

“BMR”
is “BASIC MILITARY REQUIREMENTS” and the NP-91202-1A is the

An Accidental

Manny
Garcia
"I was born in a log cabin just like Abe Lincoln, except our cabin was a rental." Starting with this account of his humble
origins, Manny Garcia, who describes himself as "a left-handed,
rather contrary Mestizo-American," has written a memoir that begins
in late 1947 in the San Luis Valley of Southern Colorado and takes him
to Utah and a stint as a Mormon and ultimately to Vietnam.
In late 1965, a cocky, naïve, alienated teen-ager, Garcia joined the
army almost accidentally, enlisting for three years. At eighteen he
became an Airborne Ranger, a combat infantryman with the crack First
Brigade of the 101st Airborne Division, the Screaming Eagles. His book
shows you the war from the point man position, up close and personal, at
eye level. ......

clear that I am a private individual, not affiliated with the US Dept.

dozen men in America who possess a copy of the SEAL Database, a
comprehensive and regularly updated listing of all men who trained and
served with the Naval Special Warfare units (SEALs, UDT, NCDU,
S&R) from the end of WWII to the present day. I also have access
to archival sources who can verify/deny claims of service DURING WWII.
As a former US Navy SEAL myself, I am fully familiar with the NSW
training program and the standard operating procedures used by the
Teams, as well as an in-depth personal knowledge of many of the
‘insider’ events and incidents which UDT “Frogmen” and SEALs
offer as a part of their bona fides. My efforts to expose SEAL
imposters are performed free of charge, as a service to the public,

Derrell Gardner
Let me start by saying "thank you" to the
people of Ft Myers for encouraging me to campaign for Mayor.
I am happily married with two small, beautiful children. I have been
working and living in Ft. Myers for almost 12 years and can see the
real potential of our city from a family and working man's point of
view.
I graduated from Miami's Southridge Senior
High in 1982. I then went into the U.S. Army for six years where I
served in Special Forces. Mylast duty station was at the J.F.K
Center at Ft. Bragg, N.C.After serving my country, I
wanted to see more of the country and spent time in MO, TX, TN and
then returned home to Florida. Of all the skills I learned, my
custom made furniture business, which I started in 1987, was my
favorite and was the most universally accepted. When I moved to Ft.
Myers in 1997, I was quickly able to earn a living with it. After
all, I had been mentored by my Grandfather and father since I was
five.
However, my business, like so many others, has had to adapt with
thechanges thrown at it over the years. While offering beautiful
furniture, I found a need for appliances and other home improvement
items so I started that business as well. Eventually, I opened a
thrift shop on Hansen St. where folks could come and browse. Since I
now had a supply of building material, I began to rehab homes in our
neighborhood that had fallen into disrepair. After all, I am a
carpenter by trade. While rehabing homes, I was brought face to face
with many of the problems plaguing city government today. I ran up
against obstacles in almost every department.
Some of which were so silly I felt that they certainly could be
handled better.
While talking to folks, I discovered many others had the same
problems.
As I complained, people began to suggest that I run for office or at
least volunteer for something like the Planning Board. I am
currently a member of the Planning Board and, as such, have seen
even more areas that need improvement. This has all led to my
candidacy for Mayor. I have talked with everyone I can find who will
talk to me about what issues they are faced with and I am convinced
that I am the person to take these problems head-on. As is more than
evident that I am not an attorney or a banker.
Rather, I am a hard working, practical and energetic businessman. I
believe government is for the safety and well being of everyone in
the community. Our tax dollars should be spent for everyone's
betterment so all can enjoy living in the greatest country in the
world. In order to earn that, we all must work together!
I love heart fort ft myers

A dark ending to an officer's bright career
The most significant event in the life of John Edward George Jr.
happened after he died.
Someone gave him the Medal of Honor.
But it was a lie carved in stone....
On it, a monument maker has carved the face of a helmeted goddess of
war.
Underneath her, carved into the white stone, are three words: Medal of
Honor.....

VA officials set record
straight, destroy veteran's headstone
Associated Press
WILMINGTON, N.C.
- Until this week, John Edward George Jr.'s grave was
marked with two headstones, one of which had words and an image
showing he had been awarded the Medal of Honor for bravery on the
battlefield.
But federal employees pulled that stone from
George's grave on Monday and hit it with a sledgehammer until the
words and image were no longer recognizable. George, who was an
Army pilot and served during the Korean War, never received the
Medal of Honor, officials said.
"It was a mistake," said Bill Jayne,
who works for the Veterans Administration's cemetery operations in
Wilmington. "There's no other way to say it.".....

My question is about this man, Randy
George, who claims he was in aviation as
a door gunner in 1969 and a crew chief
in 1970. I don't recognize the badge on
his cap and he has an Air Assault Badge
on his cap. Those weren't approved until
about 1979 or 1980. Here is a link to
his newspaper interview for Veteran's
Day. Also has a Purple Heart on the hat.

Jay Agg, Communications Director of AMVETS,
e-mailed me with an update on the case of Simon George, who
scammed a Brattleboro, VT auto shop out of $1000 worth of repairs
and labor last month by lying about his military service.
The AMVETS ReportStolenValor.org

to his native England to avoid facing charges.

Obituary: Rock H. Gillette '64
25Oct07 - Rock H. Gillette, age 65, of Bristol Township, died Friday,
October 12, 2007 at Chandler Hall Hospice, Newtown.
Born in California, he has been a resident of Bristol Township for the past
15 years.
Mr. Gillette was a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, where he played
center for Roger Staubach on the Navy Football Team, and was a navy Seal....
|
..... If the name
you provided is spelled correctly, I do NOT
find a listing in the SEAL database of successful graduates for anyone named
ROCK H. GILLETTE. I have also
examined possible alternate spellings, and names with similar
pronunciations. There are only two (2) men with the last name GILLETTE who
have completed the UDT/SEAL training program since the end of WWII; one man
graduated from training in JULY 1985, the other man graduated from training
in DECEMBER 1997.
Unless
he has undertaken the unlikely action of a legal name change (an action for
which there would be court documentation) since his claimed attendance at
BUD/S training, and based upon the information you have provided, I
can state conclusively that ROCK H. GILLETTE has NEVER COMPLETED SEAL
training, and he is not now, nor was he ever a UDT “Frogman” or US Navy
SEAL......
Thank you again
for your concern in this matter, and for your assistance in upholding the
honor of the US Navy SEAL Teams.

Respectfully,

please inform the Commandant that the shit is going to hit the fan over
the Michigan Department Commandant's handling of the
Anthony Gillum case unless there is intervention on the solution
presented by the Dept. of Michigan's "agreement" with Gillum.
The veterans of 1/9 are not pleased by any means. This man
intentionally and falsely claimed to have served as a platoon
sergeant, in combat, with our unit and that not going to be tolerated.
He intentionally and falsely presented himself as a heroic combat
veteran, highly decorated, and that too is not going to be tolerated by
the men of The Walking Dead. Gillum's defense of his actions would
fool only a fool, but certainly not any combat veteran of the United
States Marine Corps.
The
1/9 Network, Inc. includes 1200 members, among them - numerous high
ranking retired officers. Our membership includes more than a
few of General ranks, among them former Commandant of the
Marine Corps General Michael W. Hagee, who are highly pissed
off that Gillum remains in the ranks of the MCL after violating federal
laws, specifically The Stolen Valor Act. The MCL National
Commandant has indeed received messages from several retired
Colonels by this time and should be aware of the furor caused by the
"minor" admonishment of this individual for his misdeeds.
Promising
not to run for office in the MCL for a period of one year is tantamount
to promising not to fart in church for a similar period.
Violating
The Stolen Valor Act, a federal law, should be considered a
very serious matter, but that doesn't appear to be the case by the MCL
Dept. of Michigan's Commandant. The personal "agreement"
with Gillum is a joke. The FBI and ABC NEWS has been in the
loop of information of how the MCL is handling the matter and will
continue to be.
As
a friend I request that you strongly urge
the National Commandant to (1) file criminal charges and (2) to expel
Gillum from the ranks of the MCL. The evidence of federal
violations is overwhelming against Gillum. This would satisfy the
ranks of our 1/9 veterans of the Vietnam War and would be the RIGHT
thing to do.
The
courtesy of your reply is requested, as it seems the Commandant doesn't
see fit to communicate with me on a personal level. Is it because
I am not a registered member of the MCL? Ask me why I and many of
my Marine brothers choose not to join the MCL.

PERSON ARRESTED for shoplifting at Fort
Campbell claimed to be active duty Captain/Commander of Fort
Campbell PMO
This individual has had a
number of contacts with military & civilian law
enforcement agencies in Kentucky and Tennessee over the
last 6 months and on 2 instances, identified himself as
a Military Police Officer.
At approximately 1550 hrs on 11 Jun
2010, GIPSON was detained by Security personnel at the Ft Campbell
Main Post Exchange for shoplifting. GIPSON was unable to produce a
military ID card and stated that he was on active duty
assigned to the 278th Armored Cavalry Regiment (referred to later as
the 278th Support Squadron) in the Tennessee Army National
Guard. He stated he had been back on active duty for (4) months for
a Medical Evaluation Board (MEB), but had not yet been issued a
military ID card. A check of DOD systems
revealed GIPSON was not in the military
in any capacity. GIPSON presented himself in full Army Combat
Uniform (ACU) with beret, wearing Captain's rank insignia and 101st
Airborne Division patches on both shoulders, as well as the
following badges: Airborne, Air Assault, Pathfinder and Combat
Infantryman's Badge.
Following the issuance of (15) violation
notices, GIPSON was turned over to Franklin County, TN on
outstanding warrants. During the course of an inventory of GIPSON's
privately owned vehicle, documents found led Military Police to
discover that at approximately 1800 on 04 June 2010, GIPSON
convinced an active duty Soldier on Ft Campbell that he was the
"Commander" of the Ft Campbell Provost Marshal Office and fined him
$65 in cash, as well as an additional $65 in cash the following day
for alleged weapon registration
violations. During ANTHONY WAYNE
GIPSON’s encounters with the Solder he had also obtained the
Soldier's SSN and copies of his military orders to Ft Eustis, VA.
GIPSON has priors for unlawful possession of a weapon, burglary,
theft, larceny of govt funds, false statement, larceny of private
property, contributing to the delinquency of a minor
and criminal impersonation. Winchester Police
Department furnished a report detailing that in Dec 2009, GIPSON was
stopped for a traffic violation and flashed a Military Police badge,
stating that he was "working a case" out of Ft Hood and was in the
area on leave. The report also states that GIPSON had a military ID
attached to his jacket.

Old court

the following, “The Defendant explained that he used to tell people he
was a member of the United States Navy Seals, when in fact he was
rejected by the SEALs and did not graduate from the Navy's basic
training course - due to what the defendant said was his "learning
disability." He still claims Navy SEAL. He claims to have graduated
in December of 1979. He claims to have been on teams 1, 3, and 6.
Claims swim buddy was: Daniel Mataga (sounds like)
When he is out to impress the ladies, he reportedly has a lot of
fraudulent military awards, plaques, medals, and even photos that he
shows them...... He also tries to run a business here in Kalispell where
he interacts with school teachers and students to teach them about
Indian affairs, under the Indian Education for All Act.

.....Mr. Gisselbrecht, 45, had become obsessed with the
captain's fatal mishap.
The son of a career Air Force officer,
he had spent many weekends as a young man traversing the Midwest for
air shows. He moved from Chicago to Kalispell, Mont., in 1991 and
makes his living loading planes and volunteering at an aircraft
museum.....
NOTE: His father served in the USAF and retired in 1988 as an E7.
He was a reservist who retired on his 60th b-day.

Yet another case where a phony SEAL
is actually a US Navy Boot Camp washout!
......Unless he has undertaken the unlikely action of a legal name
change (an action for which there would be evidence in the form of court
documentation) since his claimed participation in SEAL training, and
based upon the information you have provided, I can state
conclusively that JOHN GISSELBRECHT has NEVER COMPLETED SEAL training,
and he is not now, nor was he ever a Navy SEAL, a Navy UDT “Frogman”, a
member of any Naval Combat Demolition Unit (NCDU), or a member of the
Naval Amphibious Scouts & Raiders (S&R).......
The specific data that are actually meaningful, and which actually offer
real “PROOF” of being a Navy SEAL are (1) the NUMBER of the SEAL
Training Class with which a claimant graduated, and (2) the specific
DATE that class graduated.
