Dear friends of Dorothy—

This is Dorothy’s granddaughter, Rhiannon. I am writing to let you know that she passed away on October 20th. I wanted to make sure that everyone on her email contact list was contacted with this news. She was in the hospital for pneumonia and was set to come home after responding well to treatment, but she passed away in her sleep a few hours before it was time to be discharged. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at my email. So sorry to be the bearer of this sad news!

Sincerely,

Rhiannon Merritt-Rubadue
